What's Included

Rentals include a Bay Street contact person who will be on site during your event. All rentals include access and use of any or all spaces, including the following:

  • The mainstage performance venue
  • The lobby with a bar and concessions area
  • Dressing rooms
  • A rehearsal/class room
  • Box Office
  • Restrooms

Sound equipment, lighting systems, and Tech Support are available and can be customized to meet your needs.  Tech crew for load-in, technical calls, running, and load-out are available for additional fees. Design, technical, media and other professional stage services and equipment are available at additional charges. Bay Street has a Yamaha C3 baby-grand piano for performances, available for additional fees, including set-up, tuning, break-down and storage. 

Note: Rentals are subject to availability, and those proposed by performance companies require senior management review; clients are responsible for their own publicity and sales (unless utilizing box office services), and must obtain Theater approval for all marketing materials bearing Bay Street’s name.

Qualify for a Tax Deduction

You may qualify for a tax deduction while supporting a cause that is near and dear to your heart! Vehicle donation pick-up is always free to you and most vehicles can be picked up within 24-72 hours. You’ll receive an initial car donation receipt upon pick-up and then the CARS team will work to turn your car into cash to support our cause. Once your vehicle is sold, CARS will provide you proper tax forms in time to file. CARS’ friendly Donor Support Representatives are here 7 days a week to assist throughout the process.
