    Discounts

    The following discounts are only available through the Box Office (not online). Please ask for discounts at time of purchase. Discounts are not retroactive.

    10% OFF
    10% discounts are available to students, veterans, seniors (65+), and emergency workers upon proof of I.D. Groups of 10 or more may also recieve 10% discounts on ticket prices.

    $20 UNDER 20
    If you are under the age of 20 you can get your regular priced ticket for a Mainstage show for just $20!  Remember: Children 15 and under must be accomapied by an adult over 21. 

    $30 UNDER 30
    If you are under the age of 30 you can get your regular priced ticket for a Mainstage show for just $30!

    Ticket Policy

    Individual Show Tickets

    All sales are final. There are no refunds. If you are unable to use your ticket, please consider giving your ticket to a friend or family member. You may also donate your ticket back to the theater. Exchanges or exceptions are at the discretion of the Theater and are subject to a $10.00 minimum or 15% fee per ticket, whichever is GREATER (based upon availability).

    Camps & Classes

    Bay Street Theater does not issue Refunds (or partial Refunds) for tuition paid for Camps or Education Classes if a registrant decides not to attend, for missing a session, for arriving late, or for early withdrawals. If a registrant decides not to attend a camp that is confirmed to occur, Bay Street Theater, at its sole discretion, may offer a credit for a future camp or class. Exchanges or exceptions to policies are at the discretion of the Theater and are subject to fees (15%) of total tuition + fees paid.   

    If a camp is canceled by Bay Street Theater, registrants will be notified and reimbursed by Bay Street Theater.

    Qualify for a Tax Deduction

    You may qualify for a tax deduction while supporting a cause that is near and dear to your heart! Vehicle donation pick-up is always free to you and most vehicles can be picked up within 24-72 hours. You’ll receive an initial car donation receipt upon pick-up and then the CARS team will work to turn your car into cash to support our cause. Once your vehicle is sold, CARS will provide you proper tax forms in time to file. CARS’ friendly Donor Support Representatives are here 7 days a week to assist throughout the process.
